We are incredibly proud of our students’ achievements and exam results at Crookhorn College.


2016 Exam Results

51% of students gained outstanding progress in English Literature and Language.
21% of students gained outstanding progress in mathematics.
21% of all students gained 3 A* - A GCSE grades.
61% of our high ability students gained 3 A* - A GCSE grades.
22% of our high ability students gained 5 A* - A GCSE grades.
FSM gap for 5 A* - C is 21%, a reduction of 7%. 
68% of our SEN students made expected process in English.
44% of our SEN students made expected progress in mathematics.
 
The English Baccalaureate (EBacc) is a performance measure for schools, awarded when students secure a grade C or above at GCSE level across a core of five academic subjects - English, mathematics, history or geography, the sciences and a language.
 
Ebacc - Crookhorn College = 15%
 
Progress 8 figures = 0.05 (not validated).
 
The Progress 8 measure is a new secondary school accountability system. It aims to encourage schools to get all students to achieve the grades they have the potential to achieve. 
 
This means that all students and all grades matter. The national average figures for Progress 8 are 0, which shows that Crookhorn College is performing well.
