Class of 2024 Exhibit highlights

Art, Textiles and Photography Exhibition – Class of 2024

This week we held our third annual exhibition showcasing the product of 3 year’s hard work by our creative students.

For two days the Main Hall was transformed into a showcase of ingenuity, dedication and skill from our Year 11 leavers. And we were so pleased with the turn out to the evening open event that was attended by a record number of visitors, including the Class of 24 themselves. We were also able to welcome several groups of potential Year 7 students and their families who visited the department on Open Evening and wanted to see more of what our Crookhorn Creatives can do.

Throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, each year group had the opportunity to come and view the outstanding work on display and so many of them were inspired by what they saw. Being able to witness the amazement of our current students and staff, as well as the many visitors at the quality of work on display, made every stressful moment of the past 3 years with this cohort worth it. There is nothing more amazing as a teacher than to see how proud students are of their work, and this year has proven to be the best yet.

Thank you to everyone for your support and feedback, and a huge thank you to the Class of 24 for all of their hard work, we wish you all the very best for the future.
