We will be running a hybrid system of some in-person parents’ evenings and some online virtual evenings.  Combined with our Student Progress Review days, this will give parents four opportunities to meet in College with staff face-to-face and three opportunities to meet virtually.

A 48-hour priority booking slot for key year groups with specific subject areas will be available, before the remaining slots are opened to all attending the evening.

Parents' Evening Timetable - Academic Year 2024/2025:

Parents’ Evenings are booked and managed through our School Cloud system. Prior to the evening parents will receive a Parent Mail letter detailing the date of the evening, the priority booking group and the process for booking. Appointments are open a week before and close 24 hours before the evening.
